The reinforced chassis with a 5,000mm wheelbase, 4.5-ton front axle, and 9-ton rear axle provides the load capacity and balance required for heavy-duty waste compression tasks. Despite its solid structure, the vehicle remains agile—its total length under 9 meters ensures smooth maneuverability through dense urban areas and narrow lanes.
The 10–12 cubic meter compactor body, constructed from high-tensile wear-resistant steel, is equipped with a dual-cycle compression system (horizontal pre-pressing and vertical compaction). This advanced mechanism achieves a compression ratio of at least 1:3, raising waste density to 0.6–0.8 t/m³, significantly improving transport efficiency.
The hydraulic system adopts load-sensing technology, providing oil flow only when needed to cut energy use and noise. our utilizes premium global hydraulic components, ensuring precision control and long-term reliability. The truck features dual control panels (cab and rear) and an optional remote controller, allowing the operator to manage all functions with safety and convenience.
